suzanne marlowSuzanne has been a holistic practitioner for over 25 years. She currently teaches yoga at Cottage Hospital as a part of their wellness program and is a trained yoga therapist, registered with the Yoga Alliance. Suzanne’s primary interest lies in the capability of the heart, mind, and body to transform through a regular mindful-based practice.

Suzanne believes that in order to mature and evolve as human beings we need the techniques offered through psychology to examine and dismantle our conditioned beliefs and unhealthy habits. She has observed that as we begin to make more life affirming choices, that it is imperative to develop practices like yoga and meditation to help us remember our true nature.
