Suzanne offers workshops as a way to go a little deeper with the teachings and allowing more time for the students to explore their intrapersonal world. There are different themes for the workshops to gain perspective from different facets of our being.

Suzanne also offers retreat time throughout the year. Retreating gives us time away from our busy schedules. As we learn to compassionately calm ourselves we can pause and examine our reactive nature without getting caught in it. Learning to slow down the habits of the mind we find opportunities to choose different ways how to relate to our inner and outer world. Ultimately when we are able to feel compassion and create space to pause and choose we find more freedom from our unhealthy conditioning.
