I began the practice of Yoga with Suzanne primarily because of my chronic back injuries. With a series of private lessons I gained flexibility, strength, and the enhanced use of breath to progress to her Mindful Yoga class.
I appreciate Suzanne’s approach to the practice, which integrates mind and body. She easily assesses each person’s abilities and limitations, and then structures the Yoga postures accordingly. She guides you with dialogue through the holding of positions to gain strength and peace of mind.
The pain has lessened in my back, I have a greater awareness of my breath throughout the day and live with less stress as a result.
