Suzanne offers workshops as a way to go a little deeper with the teachings and allowing more time for the students to explore their intra-personal world.
There are different themes for the workshops to gain perspective from different facets of our being.
Suzanne also offers retreat time throughout the year. Retreating gives us time away from our busy schedules. As we learn to compassionately calm ourselves we can pause and examine our reactive nature without getting caught in it. Learning to slow down the habits of the mind we find opportunities to choose different ways how to relate to our inner and outer world. Ultimately when we are able to feel compassion and create space to pause and choose we find more freedom from our unhealthy conditioning.
Upcoming Offerings
Yin Loving Earth
Thursday February 1
Please join Suzanne in a slow deep meditative practice.
In our time together outside on the earth, we will move slow, hold various postures for a longer period to stimulate the subtle body while relaxing in meditation. Becoming receptive to the healing energy of the earth, also known as “earthing” we allow time to drop into the dharmas of our intrinsic intimate interconnectedness.
Join Suzanne for this small group class at Shoreline Park West. Practice with other students in the fresh and open air overlooking the ocean.
Lots of free parking. We’ll keep social distance between mats. Please note that classes may be cancelled if the weather is cold or wet. If you sign up on a wet or foggy day, please check the online schedule before you leave home to make sure class is happening.
Bring:
Your own mat and props
Layers so you stay warm
Water and sunscreen
Pre-registration for all our outdoor classes is required. Class size is limited.
Thanks for your support. We look forward to seeing you at the park.
