In this 4 hour workshop we will explore trauma and issues of attachment with focus on their effects to our relationships. Various techniques will be taught through Insight yogic practices, including movement, breath, meditation, and psychological inquiry. Tools of self-regulation will guide the students to become more current and present In body and mind, while immersing into experiences that will cultivate and nourish the potentials to live with an open heart.
