Please join Suzanne in this daylong retreat time with a blend of Yoga, Meditation, and Dharma teachings.
Together, virtually, we will share a time grid to follow over Zoom. You will be guided in yin and yang yoga practice and have generous time for meditation.

In our time together outside on the earth, we will move slow, hold various postures for a longer period to stimulate the subtle body while relaxing in meditation. Becoming receptive to the healing energy of the earth, also known as “earthing” we allow time to drop into the dharmas of our intrinsic intimate interconnectedness.
